Do you take on larger projects?
Yes. Fixed project pricing, hourly engagements, and custom arrangements are available.
What if we know the problem but not the solution?
Every Continuous Improvement plan includes help clarifying requirements and designing the solution. Leadership adds deeper discovery, stakeholder engagement, strategy, and roadmap development.
Is ongoing support included in development pricing?
Yes. Every Continuous Improvement plan includes Continuous Operations at no additional charge, covering ongoing support and maintenance for your agreed system.
Is my Continuous Improvement plan cheaper if we handle our own support and maintenance?
No. Continuous Improvement pricing is the same whether you use the included Continuous Operations service or handle support and maintenance yourself.
Can we get support and maintenance without a Continuous Improvement plan?
Yes. Standalone Continuous Operations is $995/month and is required if you want us to support and maintain your system without an active Continuous Improvement plan.
What does an unlimited backlog mean?
Queue as many requests as you need. We work through agreed priorities within your plan’s monthly improvement allowance.
Do unused improvements roll over?
No. Your allowance renews each month, and unused improvements do not roll over.
What happens after a project launches?
You can choose a Continuous Improvement plan for ongoing development with Continuous Operations included, or standalone Continuous Operations for $995/month if you only need support and maintenance.
Can you support a system we host?
We can consider both Savi-hosted and customer-hosted systems where suitable access and support arrangements are available.
