The situation

Serial-tracked modules, multi-shift crews, station-level quality checks, email-based purchasing, and iPads on the factory floor. Generic ERP, MES, CRM, and HR products didn't fit.

AI does useful work. Software connects it to the business.

We decide what runs automatically, where a person reviews, and what happens when something doesn't match.

Understand it. Improve it. Put it to work.

  1. Understand the operation

Question assumptions, find bottlenecks, and agree what better looks like.

  2. Choose the approach

Improve the process first. Then choose configuration, integration, software, or AI.

  3. Build and validate

Useful increments, tested and reviewed with users.

  4. Support and improve

Keep it working and take on the next priority.

Your ideas. Our execution.

Your people know the business and see what could work better. We provide a sounding board, challenge assumptions, and turn those ideas into a shared plan. Managing partner Josh Bruhin leads the work with the Savi team, connecting priorities across systems and carrying improvements through delivery and ongoing care.

You keep control of priorities and investment. Every plan includes requirements and solution design; Leadership adds deeper discovery and roadmap involvement. Broader coordination or substantial initial discovery may need a dedicated engagement.
